Sheets per Pallet:

1/8” X 48” X 96” – 110 sheets to a pallet
3/16” X 48” X 96” – 75 sheets to a pallet
1/4” X 48” X 96” – 60 sheets to a pallet

1/16″ = .060 = 1.5mm
1/8″ = .118″ = 3mm
3/16″ = .177″ = 4.5mm

1/4″ = .220″ = 5.6mm
3/8″ = .375″ = 9.5mm
1/2″ = .472″ = 12mm

All Sheets are Cut NOMINAL due to the Kerf +(-)1/8″. We cut to size polycarbonate 4’x8’ sheets to your exact dimensions on site at our production facility. We also sell Polycarbonate by the single sheet or by the pallet. The number of sheets per pallet is determined by the thickness and weight of the sheets.

We have a large stock of our exclusive, Spectra Glass Polycarbonate sheets (also known as polycarbonate panels). The strength of polycarbonate vs acrylic is striking, as polycarbonate is over 30 times stronger and more than 200 times stronger than standard glass sheets. Our polycarbonate sheets are shatter resistant and pliable at room temperature. Our Spectra Glass sheet is UV treated on both sides to prevent yellowing.
